Lay out blueprint plans on you

Woke up at 4pm today. Not too bad. Went and spent two hours picking up a grill and getting food to grill. I tried grilling some peppers and, while they were better than normal peppers, I was not impressed.

I ended up only walking one big and one small lap. Natasha did not enjoy her run so she only ran one and I ran two. I plan on figuring out how far I actually run at some point, but rest assured there are plenty of annoying hills.

Did push ups when I got back. Just did two more sets to bring it to 150 for today, and I'm about to do my 2nd excruciator.

Gotta do work ahead of time for when I am irresponsible this weekend.

I definitely just drank too much water and boy does my tummy hurt.
