Ups and downs

Downs:
Foot hurts enough to not walk. I think I tied my shoelaces one loop too tight.
Did nothing the past two days (^^) -- missed an Air Alert.
Feel like a fatty

Ups:
Pull ups!
The guns (^^)
Computer works again!


I will not run 5 miles from nothing again. Hopefully, foot feels better tomorrow (at like 60% right now). Priority is making sure I can do Air Alert on Friday, though, so if I have to do nothing again tomorrow I will. Hopefully I'll be good enough that I can take some long walks (not on the beach) to get some kind of calorie burn.
