Suddenly I'm not crazy

Kempo X today. I think it was so easy because I could not do most of the moves properly. Still made me sweat a lot. That was my last workout of my first week of p90x. Program is awesome. Most days I don't want to do it, but the fact that they walk you through every exercise, from what to do to how long to do it, makes it so easy to work out. I never realized how much figuring out what to work out was such a deterrent. I also feel like a strong-man. This is only after a week!

Not gonna double up on the p90x today because I don't want to throw off the rest day that they give you. Figure I will do more damage by doubling up than by taking 8 days for the first week.

Week 5 of Air Alert tomorrow. Time goes by so fast.

Doing p90x on tournament weekends will be mad awk. Such is life. Having double sessions with practice or conditioning, or triple with Air Alert, is going to be awesome

Bad news: School on Thursday
Good news: That means we have practice soon

I have to message the USAU about eligibility. I am such a procrastinator.

Lastly -- Once again told diet pepsi to stay at hannaford. Water water water.
