Squat racks were all used up, so I tried out some one-legged squats. They are pretty sweet. Put your off leg on something behind you and then do the hard part of a lunge. Work pretty well. Didn't need any extra weight. I used an exercise bar (~10lbs) and held it overhead to practice my overhead squats.
You can totally even do this at home!
I've been all hopped-up on some super-Aleeve that the doctor's gave me. My shoulder doesn't hurt anymore!
Strawberry-Kiwi recover is gross.
