Did agilities to 10 before league, was going through at like 50% by the end. Took a while to get warmed up in game, but we played pretty strong as a whole so I didn't have to do much heavy lifting. My defense sucked pretty hard, totally conceding the unders and not getting on the mark fast enough in the cup. Offensively I played alright, though I do not recall any turnovers, I did have to get bailed out on at least one throw.
I messed my shoulder up sometime last week. While it hurts to throw big backhands, I think it has helped my form out. Since I am shying away from using that shoulder, I'm snapping my wrist more and involving more of my lower body. Today, I threw two 40+ yard backhands for points with a big mark on, and I do not think I could have done that using my normal form. Hopefully when I heal up I'll still incorporate the new motion.
We won today by 4, giving us a 2-game lead for first. It'll be hard for us not to be the 1-seed going into the tournament, and I cannot wait to drink champagne out of a trophy.
