BUT! I used my body like a pro on defense. Never really got it before today, but I had a lot of people run into me while trying to go deep. Even when I didn't get a full body on them I often got a shoulder in the way to slow them down and let me catch up. If I didn't use my body well today I would have gotten roasted for point upon points.
That being said, walked out with a 15-13 win and a great set on the squat rack after. Even got eight minutes worth of abs in.
Looks like a true double-header of practices this weekend. Life does not get much better.
