Lifting sure has some immediate results.

Worked out with Fat Zac before league today. It was awesome.
I'm working out with him before league on Thursday for multiple hours. Going to be awesome.
Got to throw for over an hour on Sunday. Definitely tightened back up.
There a few things I love more than running down a pull and stopping that first throw. Who
doesn't like 80yd sprints? The look on the handlers face is priceless.
Gym tomorrow! Back/Squats/Abs!

EDIT: holy ballz do my calves hurt. No wonder Zac has bricks for calf muscles.
