Up to 60/100/150, but I gotta start doing those workouts.

I want to run but I'm a baby and it's too cold. /frown

But if you are looking for something different to mix shit up.

There is this thing called Jailhouse.

Not bad for a crew of guys.

All you need is a deck of cards.
Whatever card you draw you do that many sit ups if its red, pushups if its black. resting between each draw

Goal is to be able to do the deck.
