Anyway

Very solid practice. Started a bit late but what else is new. Warmups were a bit swilly with throwing the disc around while stretching but again, what else is new.  We did go-to and people didn't go-to sometimes but again, what else is new. Drill ran fairly well and I was very tired after.

We split up into Handlers and nots, and the handler drill we did was fairly ill. Probably the best drill the team has ever run, imo. It was kind of tough to run with only 4 runners and one thrower and the marker was too aggressive with handblocks, but it was very applicable.

We showed Ho and the demo wasn't flawless but it got the point across. It's not a easy concept to learn but we ran through it a few times. They put man-defense on it which I don't think most people on our team is capable of doing but with our super-fast line we can.

Ten pull was OK. O-line let defense out easy with only a 2-1 win, easily should have been 4 between drops and stupids. The up-line handler cuts were very pro, but they will be less effective against a team that knows about them. We should teach everyone them because then they will look to throw them rather than the conventional dump if they can make the throw.

We scrimmaged and D-line dominated. I will take full responsibility for being slow for many of the points, but we were just not motivated.

End post.
